When do the awards open and close?
Voting opened on 12th November 2016 and closed on 12th February 2017.

How are winners decided?
In general, the winners are simply the highest scoring brands in each category, with a minimum of 100 votes.

What is the voting process?
Customers leave a review for a product on the Smart Money People site. That's it! From landing on the page, to submitting their vote, it should take two minutes or less.

How much does it cost to take part?
There is no cost to take part. Our mission is to help consumers find the best products on the market, and these awards are a way in which we can achieve this.

When are the winners announced?
We aim to inform winners within 5 days of the awards closing. A full press release will then accompany the results.
