When does voting commence?
Voting opens on 6th November 2017 and close on 4th February 2018.
On 12th January we’ll create a list of finalists in each category (based on the voting to date), and consumers will continue to vote for these finalists until voting closes on 4th February. Finalists will receive a finalist badge.
How are winners decided?
Our awards are customer driven so the only people that influence who wins are UK consumers
In general, the highest-rated firm in each product category that meets the threshold for each category (100 votes during the voting period) will win one of our ‘product-specific awards’.
All firms are also eligible for our ‘top level’ awards. Note: The “best newcomer” award will only be awarded to firms that launched on or after 1/1/2013.
What is the voting process?
Customers leave a review for a product on the Smart Money People site. That's it! From landing on the page, to submitting their vote, it should take two minutes or less.
How much does it cost to take part?
There is no cost to take part. Our mission is to help consumers find the best products on the market, and these awards are a way in which we can achieve this.
When are the winners announced?
Winners will be announced at our awards event
which will be held in London on the 22nd Feb.
